If you encounter with error “Number sequence for the reference Address book ID in parameters in the Global address book module has not been set up” do following:

1. Go to Basic -> Setup -> Global Address Book -> Parameters. The Address Book Parameters form will be shown.
2. On the Number sequences tab fill in the Number sequence code field with “Acco_16” value.
